From summer intern to permanent expert 

Verneri Pasanen first started working at 24 Center as a summer employee in 2019, when her fixed-term contract ended. However, it happened that soon after, 24 Center signed a new contract with a major corporate client, and soon Verneri's phone rang. He was offered a permanent position in corporate client relationship development and maintenance.

Verneri's educational background is in security and risk management. During his studies he worked in the security sector. Prior to his studies, he gained experience in sales. She also has work experience in the construction industry. Thanks to his varied education and work experience, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the details of building services engineering and strong customer service skills.

As a counterbalance to work, Verneri is an active exerciser. He regularly goes to the gym, plays padel and ice hockey. Family is particularly important to him and plays a key role in his free time. In particular, the young addition to the family keeps the new father busy. 

 

Active communication with customers guarantees quality

A typical working day involves a wide range of tasks related to customer relations. Verneri attends and prepares for client meetings on a daily basis by producing the necessary materials. In addition, she is involved in new client acquisition by identifying potential new business clients and arranging meetings with them. In addition to companies in the construction business, Verner's clients include housing associations, property management companies and maintenance companies. His varied work ensures that he keeps abreast of developments in his field and is able to offer his clients the best possible solutions.

Good communication is key to the quality of the service we provide. Instead, the equipment, such as the plumbing and the sensors installed in it, will detect the fault itself. The service request is then automatically sent to the maintenance company.
