The working day of a caretaker before the cooperation agreement with 24 Center

It's a normal Wednesday morning, and the phone rings at the maintenance company. Maintenance man Virtanen answers the call. The caller is a tenant of a housing association that is a customer of the maintenance company, from Kirsikkatija, where the toilet is blocked and the home buttons that have already been tried to open it have not helped at all. A professional would be needed to open it. Mr Virtanen promises help will arrive as soon as possible.

Maintenance man Virtanen calls plumber Hentuse, who is at another site doing maintenance work. However, he promises to take care of the blocked toilet when he is free from his current job.

Maintenance man Virtanen's workday is progressing at its own pace and he gets home on time for once. Later in the evening, Maintenance Worker Virtanen is just settling into his comfy couch and about to watch the evening's football match, but then the phone rings. A resident on Cherry Street calls to see if anyone is coming to unblock a blocked toilet. It would soon be time for the children's evening activities and he would not want to go to a nearby petrol station to do them. Maintenance man Virtanen promises to deal with it as soon as possible and will call plumber Hentuse immediately. The phone rings for a long time until Hentunen finally answers. He has just come from the sauna and had not immediately heard the phone ring. It had been a very busy day, but Mr Hentunen promises to clear the blockage first thing in the morning. But his voice told him that tomorrow would also be a busy day.

Maintenance man Virtanen knows that plumber Hentunen is a hard-working and conscientious worker, which is why he is so fully employed. It's a little embarrassing to call a resident of Kirsikkatie to find out that help won't be here until the morning. Could there be a quicker solution? After all, it is late at night and many plumbing shops are closed. Perhaps a plumbing company might be on call to deal with the problem.

Maintenance man Virtanen calls a couple of familiar HVAC companies, but no one answers so late at night. So Virtanen opens Google and types in "plumber on call". The first search result is 24 Center, which promises to have a plumber on the scene as soon as possible. Service technician Virtanen calls customer service and sure enough! Moments later, a plumber is on hand to help residents with their evening activities on Cherry Street.

Maintenance man Virtanen's company's reputation is saved and the evening operations on Cherry Street are taken care of. The evening's football match can also be watched without any worries.

After the service test, 24 Center offers the service technician Virtanen the opportunity to sign a company contract. Service technician Virtanen signs a partnership agreement with 24 Center for additional assistance when they do not have the resources to perform all or sudden maintenance and installation tasks. Plumber Hentunen also registers with 24 Center's network of professionals, making it easier for him to manage the work he orders.
