The service process:
1. Accept an open job offer
Before the ordered work is forwarded, the content of the work is carefully reviewed by 24 Center's customer service staff. The aim is to ensure that each job fully reflects the specific skills and expertise of a member of the partner network. At the same time, efforts are made to place the work sensibly within the professional's working area, taking into account their strengths and availability. This saves valuable time and effort for busy contractors and allows professionals to concentrate fully on the job, without unnecessary enquiries or concerns about the suitability of the order. It also ensures that the client does not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the professional to arrive, which is particularly important in the case of urgent work.
After mapping the commissioned work, a 24 Center customer service representative forwards the work to the partner network via the 24 Center Partner app. Before approving the job, the partner who received the proposed job will also carefully read the details of the commissioned job and approve or reject the proposed job.
2. Call the customer immediately
The work ordered is marked as received when it is accepted by the appropriate partner in the 24 Center Partner application. Once the job offer is confirmed, the partner receives details of the item to be serviced and the customer's contact details.
The customer who placed the order will also receive a notification that the partner has received the work. This ensures open communication and also serves as confirmation to both parties of the progress of the process.
As part of the service process, the partner who has received the work will call the client separately for any further clarifications, but also to give an estimate of when the partner will arrive at the client's premises. Punctuality is highly appreciated by our clients.
3. Marking the steps in the application
To ensure smooth progress, arrival at the destination and completion of the work are recorded in the application. This information is linked to the customer's tracking link, allowing the customer to monitor the progress of the work. This increases the partner's quality score and customer satisfaction, which increases the number of job offers from the partner.
4. Mark the work as completed
Once the task is completed, it is marked as complete in 24 Center Partner. A short report of what was done is written about the work done. You can also attach pictures. If there is anything further to be clarified, this is also reported to 24 Center, so that we can work together to find a suitable solution if necessary.
5. Charge for the work done
For 24 Center invoicing, we prefer online invoices, but you can also send your invoice by email or post to our scanning service. You can find our invoicing instructions here.
Reports and customer satisfaction
24 Center's Partner application produces suitable reports that are useful for a wide range of administrative, accounting and tax reporting tasks. This helps both our partners and clients to maintain clear and systematic documentation of the work carried out. In addition, in claims situations, insurance companies may sometimes require a report on the work done before issuing a claim decision. This document is automatically provided once the final report has been completed by a professional network partner.
