Press release: board changes at 24 Center

From 1 July 2025, there will be changes to the Board of Directors of 24 Center. The company would like to warmly thank Juha Pinomata for his significant and long-term contribution to the Board. Under Juha's leadership, 24 Center has grown into an international player and built a strong position in its markets in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

The AGM has appointed three new members to the Board of Directors: Heikki Norta, Petri Parvinen and Lauri Sommarberg. Heikki Norta will continue as Chairman of the Board.

Heikki commented on his appointment, "I strongly believe in the concept of 24 Center and that the organisation has skilled and committed people. There is a lot of potential for scaling the business and there is a genuine customer need. 24 Center has a great team. I am excited about the opportunity to support the company in its next stage of development."

The new Board brings with it a wide range of expertise in strategic management, sales and marketing development and growing international business. The strength of the composition is based on the members' long experience in both entrepreneurship and company management in different industries. Together, the Board will support 24 Center in its next stage of development and in strengthening its position in the Nordic region.
