Spring is here again. The evenings are getting lighter and lighter. Willow cats and the first widow's leaves remind us of Easter. This coming Easter is exceptional: people are spending more time than usual in their homes and neighbourhoods. The sunshine and exceptional weather conditions have often drawn people out into nature to see the miracle of spring.
A birdwatcher climbs the wooden steps to the bird tower. He raises his binoculars to his eyes and focuses them on the opposite bank of the cove. A group of silky waders swim in the shore water. They dive underwater to catch fish for food. From somewhere, the hoarse sound of a heron can be heard.
These waterfowl have a long migration journey behind them. They have returned home from warm countries in southern Europe and the Mediterranean, and the flight may have taken weeks. Although the journey is long, the birds remain focused throughout. They navigate by instinct.
The birder drops the binoculars from his eyes. The ice is gone, the water glistens freely in the spring sun.

A farmer is standing at the edge of his field, picking up soil with his hand. In a few weeks it will be time for sowing. The field must be tilled and the seeds sown. If you want good growth, you have to do the proactive work well. If there is still enough rain and sunshine, you can be happy at harvest time. Patience is required, it doesn't all happen overnight.

24 Center is getting ready to celebrate Easter. By looking out at the migratory birds and seed sowing, we can learn something about entrepreneurship. Spring nature is full of metaphors. Good, healthy growth in business requires tilling, seeding and watering. Patience is also needed, some fruits of labour take time to show. Leadership and work also require the right instinct: this is the direction we are heading. This is what we want to do, every day, with quality and reliability.
As nature grows in spring, 24 Center also grows and develops. For this, we have our employees, customers and partners to thank. We have a desire to help in the midst of everyday life and the holidays, even now during the Easter season.
