Bathroom ceiling light repair

One of our customers had been bothered for a long time by the lights in the bathroom, which had gone out for some reason. It's not nice to wash in the dark, it's even a safety hazard. The customer had tried to get it fixed, but the local electrician had given up after two weeks of waiting in line. He decided to try another way. He called the 24 Center.

The friendly customer service representative politely took up the lady's problem and promised an installer for tomorrow. The lady was pleased with the speed of the service promise and decided to order the work immediately.

The installer arrived the next day, and my long-standing problem was fixed. The lights were on again.

24 Center's invoice to the customer was:

Labour contribution: 198,00 e
Service vehicle allowance: e 69,00
Supplies: 14,28 e
Total: 281,28 e

She was very grateful for the service she received and gave nice feedback to the 24 Center people. The customer service was rated a perfect 10 on a scale of 1-10, and the installer got a good eight too! The customer's free comment went like this: "Friendly customer service. thanks for the great service. three of the ceiling lights were out. The repair of the roof lights was successful and the lights were installed. I was surprised how quickly things were taken care of!" Positive customer surprise is exactly what we at 24 Center are all about. The best reward for a job well done is the spontaneous "wow" reaction of the customer.
