Repairing a leaking water pipe

Fixing a leaking water pipe on a weekday

A beautiful May midday was about to get overcast for one of our clients - at least in a metaphorical way. A man from Nokia noticed a leak in the water pipe to the toilet in his house. On the positive side, the water was draining into the floor drain, but the situation was still acute. The man started calling companies in the field.

The customer quickly realised that on a normal weekday it is very difficult to get a plumber on site quickly, as all the plumbers have already booked up their calendars well in advance. He decided to call 24 Center. The customer service representative took note of the need and promised a plumber within an hour of the call. The work was ordered as an emergency job. It was 13.32 at the time of the call.

The day hadn't been long when the plumber's service truck arrived at the customer's house. The time was 14.01. The plumber busily repaired the leaking water pipe from the joint, and after cleaning up the mess, he headed for the next challenge. The fitter's explanation of the work was brief but descriptive. Toilet connection repair on site."

24 Center's invoice to the customer was:

On-call work: 398,00 e
Service car allowance: e 69,00
Materials: 22,51 e
Total: 487,61 e

Afterwards, the customer was satisfied with the service provided by 24 Center. On a scale of 1 to 10, our rating was 9. The customer said he was surprised at how well everything worked. He also praised our service as professional and professional. He also felt that the price/quality ratio was right.
