Air source heat pump dismantling work

Not all 24 Center customers are always in a state of emergency or panic. While our concept is well suited to emergency situations, the majority of our orders are non-emergency in nature. However, even if there is no actual emergency, we still complete the job quickly.

One morning, it was a matter of dismantling the customer's air-source heat pump. Of course, there was no immediate rush, but the customer wanted it done within the same week. The exact time did not matter to the customer, as long as the installer gave notice before he arrived.

24 Center's customer service representative kindly took the customer's order and promised that the work would be done as quickly as possible, at the latest within the time window given by the customer.

It's important to surprise the customer in a positive way, so the customer service representative arranged for a refrigeration installer to arrive on the same day. The installer called the customer immediately and said he would be at the site in less than an hour. The customer was thrilled. The refrigeration installer arrived on site and described the job as follows. Removal of the indoor and outdoor unit, electrical system, and chucks of the air source heat pump with the appropriate work and accessories. Equipment left at the customer's request"

24 Center's invoice to the customer was:

Labour contribution: 297,00e
Service car allowance: 69,00e
Total: 366,00e

The customer feedback was pleasant to read. The rating for the customer service representative and the installer was 10/10: "Excellent service. Great service, excellent customer service, technician on site in less than an hour and panic quelled. Pleasant and professional pro. Still amazed that I was able to get the job done so quickly."
