Door opening

Opening the door of a block of flats as an urgent everyday task after the key broke in the lock case.

24 Center's on-call centre received a call one Tuesday afternoon from a customer who needed urgent assistance with a lock issue. The man himself was at work and his child was on his way home from school as usual. The child's key had broken off in the lock, so there was no way to get in. A locksmith was urgently needed to get the child inside.

The assignment was recorded in the emergency centre as follows: 'A key has broken off in the door of an apartment building. A locksmith is needed to fix it. The customer is still at work, call the customer's child's number. Waiting in the stairwell. Get there now!"

The locksmith arrived in less than 30 minutes and the door "rocked" again. The customer was very satisfied with the service. Feedback on the job was "Kids at the door, key broken in the lock and myself at work. Great job getting the problem sorted out. Thank you.". "Very quick and professional. Would recommend.". "I was only contacted by phone, but feedback from the children."

The locksmith's final report on the situation was short and to the point "The lock on the apartment door is broken, won't open with the key. Key box replaced with a new one".

24 Center's invoice to the customer was:

Labour contribution: 198,00e
Service car allowance: 69,00e
Key holder and protection ring: 110,03e
Total: 377,03e
