Remove the branches - a single-family house lock as an on-call service

A family from Kuopio was returning home from a Midsummer's Eve celebration on Thursday evening. It was around 21.08. Midsummer had been a relaxing time at the summer cottage. But it was time to get back to everyday life. As evening fell, the family drove to the yard. Everyone, exhausted from the drive, was fully prepared for a night's rest. The father of the family was the first to get out of the car and step up to the front door. He pushed the key in the lock - or tried to. Something was wrong. There was no way the key would get there. Somehow small pieces of twig had got into the key slot. The door wouldn't open. It soon became clear that the problem was not going to be solved.

After trying unsuccessfully to remove an object that did not belong in the lock, the family became frustrated. Mum's nerves were getting tight, it was getting late, and the early hours of the morning were hitting her hard. She decided to call the first locksmith on the day, a locksmith she could find online.

24 Center's customer service was contacted and the customer reported his concerns to the customer service representative. The subject's details were taken down calmly and the door was promised to be opened with appropriate urgency. The family was left to await assistance with relief. After a while, the locksmith called the customer to say he was on his way. A few moments later, the locksmith arrived. The locksmith dismantled the entire lock, cleaned it and repaired the lock. The family was able to go home.

24 Center's invoice to the customer was:

Labour contribution: 396,00 e
Service vehicle allowance: e 69,00
Materials: 90,56 e
Agreed discount: -85,56 e
Total: 470,00

Based on the feedback survey, the customer seemed quite satisfied with the 24 Center. The free feedback was as follows: "I was immediately struck by the delightfully polite and friendly customer service! Very good and friendly service! It's great that such a handy service exists. The price estimate on the phone was slightly different from the amount on the invoice, but after inquiring about it, 24 Center handled the matter brilliantly and customer-oriented and only charged the lower amount indicated on the phone. This left a good impression and I will gladly use your services again if I need to."

On a scale of 1-10, the customer gave our installer and our customer service representative both a perfect 10. Feedback like this is always great to read, and it's feedback like this that fuels our hunger to be the best, most unique building services company in the world.
