Vacuuming of bellows with a high-power vacuum cleaner

At 08.00 on a Tuesday morning in October, a call came in to the 24 Center Customer Service Centre. The customer needed an emergency high-powered vacuum truck to a site where the blower hoses needed to be sucked out of one of the rooms. The customer had called several places and no one was available even within the same week.

However, the customer service representative promised that a high-powered vacuum cleaner would be available on the same day. The job description was "Vacuuming of blowing wool, 3x4m room. The vacuum cleaner pipe must fit into a 20x20cm hole. On site today. Call customer before coming".

Our high-powered truck went to the site at the agreed time and completed the vacuuming job in less than two hours. The installer's description of the job was clear " 31.10 insulation removal by high power vacuum".

24 Center's invoice to the customer was:

Work share (high-powered truck on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00): 598,00e
Waste collection fee: 16,37e
Total: 614,37e

The customer thanked the on-site high-powered truck driver profusely for his good service attitude. The customer gave us a 4 on a scale of 1-5 for customer service and a 5 for installation. The customer's feedback was "Good attitude to customer service. We got help quickly when we needed it!"

Can the drain withstand boiling water?

Modern drains can usually withstand boiling water well, and the occasional spill of hot water will not cause immediate damage. Plastic PVC pipes can withstand temperatures of around 60-80°C, and boiling water temperatures drop below 50°C within seconds of being poured down the drain. The safest method is to run cold water at the same time and pour it slowly in small batches. In older properties, be more careful and contact a professional if you notice leaks, unusual noises or slow draining.
