Installation should always be carried out carefully and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. We remove the old toilet seat if necessary, check the connections and make sure the new seat works as it should.

This installation service is ideal for new build plumbing installations, finishing a home renovation or servicing a rental property, for example. If you are unsure about the compatibility of your toilet seat, we will be happy to help you choose.

Installation content

The installation kit is designed as a comprehensive and easy solution for replacing a toilet seat or installing a new one. The work is always carried out by a trained professional who will ensure that everything is done correctly and safely.

The installation package includes:

  • Removing an old toilet seat
  • Removal of old toilet seats
  • Installation of a new toilet seat to replace an old toilet seat
  • Connection of the new toilet seat to the water supply, and possible connection of a washing machine
  • Cleaning up the installation site and removing packaging waste
  • Inspection and delivery of the work

Not included in the service (additional work if necessary):

  • Alteration, demolition or construction work
  • Installation or replacement of shut-off valves
  • Changes to water or sewerage piping
  • Removal of a concrete-fixed toilet seat (so-called "concrete cake")
  • Repair work for the removal of an old toilet seat

The subscriber must take into account the following points

  • The new toilet seat must fit into the old one.
  • To replace a toilet seat
  • The drainage of an old toilet seat may be too close to the wall
  • A new toilet seat may be too high
  • Due to the drying time of the adhesive, the toilet seat must not be used for 24 hours
    after installation

Kotitalousvähennyksen enimmäismäärä vuonna 2026 on 1600 euroa henkilöltä. Vähennys koskee vain työn osuutta laskusta, ei esimerkiksi matkakuluja tai materiaaleja. Vuonna 2026 vähennettävä osuus työn hinnasta on 35 prosenttia.

Jos puolisosi on myös oikeutettu vähennykseen, voitte saada kotitalousvähennystä yhteensä 3200 euroa.
