Entrepreneur's morning

Entrepreneurs' time is often expensive. This time should not be wasted. One entrepreneur was losing a big chunk of that time one January day.

A man sits in his kitchen, sipping a classically steaming morning coffee and turning the pages of "hesar". He is an entrepreneur. The day's work and load is ahead and after a hearty breakfast and coffee it's time to get on with it. The man gets up, pulls on his coat and boots and steps out. It's cold and his breath is steaming. The air is fresh.

The man's car is in a separate garage building. The idea of a warm car feels good. He steps up to open the door, snow crunching under his boots. He slides the key into the Abloy lock. Turning the key, he feels that all is not well.

It's as if the key is stuck. It won't turn inside the lock. However, he thinks that the heavy frost has only stiffened the lock a little. He turns the key with a little more force. There is a click and in the blink of an eye, the man is stunned to find himself holding the broken key in his hand.

He begins to think feverishly about a solution to the problem. He can't miss work today, because his calendar is full of appointments. There's a spare key, but it's no use when the key is stuck deep inside the lock. The man decides to stop stressing, knowing that the locksmith can remove it in a jiffy. He looks online to find out the quickest way to get a locksmith to come to the site.

The phone rings at the 24 Center customer service. A customer service representative takes a routine order and the customer is promised a locksmith will be there as soon as possible. The man has been waiting inside for a while in the warmth and notices the lights of the locksmith's car shining through the window. The man goes outside and finds the locksmith already in full swing with the garage lock. After a moment, the piece is removed, a lock is put on the lock and the door is opened with a spare key.

The contractor sped off in his car to work immediately, while the locksmith stayed behind to pack the tools back in his car. Despite the minor setback, the customer thought it was going to be a good day.

24 Center's invoice to the customer was:

Labour contribution: 198,00 e
Service car allowance: 69,00e
Total: 267,00 e

Asikakas also responded to 24 Center's feedback survey. According to him, the locksmith had arrived within 15 minutes of the call. The customer service was rated 8, while the installer got a full 10. The verbal feedback was nice to read. Everything went smoothly from start to finish."
