This spring emerged from winter a little differently than we expected. Many plans and goals changed their position as the world closed down for a while and our thoughts were filled with the most important things. In many businesses, homes and schools, there was a momentary return to the basics: how to get in touch with a friend, how to manage a shopping trip, where to get my next week's income. The change has been rapid and total, and it is leaving its mark. And there are good things to take with you. I believe that the experiment will give you a fresh impetus to think. New approaches, new energy, new ideas. Ordinary routines become clearer, and it is possible to make them even more functional.
The interest rate pandemic comes at a time when 24 Center has been in operation for almost three years. Goals have been achieved and new ones have been created. There have been moments of success, challenges and adversity. In the midst of it all, there has been a desire to develop and evolve. To improve our operations and meet our customers' needs even better. Development continues, and it's good to look back. Last week we reached the great milestone of 14 000 orders. It shows that even in times of crisis, there is demand for 24 Center's service. For this, a humble thank you goes to all those involved and involved in the project.
Recent developments have focused on a new platform service that focuses on non-urgent orders. It will allow for an expansion of services and more development of the facilitation of non-urgent jobs. The emergency call centre service will continue to run with the same intensity and precision as before, but now with an additional component. This is an online subscription model, where the client can choose an operator based on pricing, reviews and location.
Even if difficulties come unexpectedly and cannot be prepared for them, there should be no room for paralysis. In the midst of all the uncertainty, the new and the strange, keep your eyes firmly fixed ahead. There is a future full of possibilities. In that future, we all have a place, and there is room for everyone's ideas. Together, we will make tomorrow a positive one.
