Repair of broken window glass on a weekday.
The 24 Center's emergency call centre received a very typical call on Monday evening. The outer pane of a window of a private residence had been broken. The athletic boy in the house had been his own Patrik Laine, and had blasted a hockey stick through the window. Fortunately, the whole window wasn't broken, so there was no need to do the emergency work.
Our on-call centre recorded the information about the job like this: "A hockey puck broke the outer glass of the window. Wooden frame. Simple glass approx. 190cm x 47cm. The glass window was broken by a glass pane, 190 cm thick. Call customer before arrival."
Our glass installer arrived on time, removed the old glass and installed the new glass to the best of his ability.The new glass was better than the old because the installer sealed the glass. The installer described the job on the invoice simply as "Glass work, measuring and installation".
