About the mission
24 Center call centre customer service is at its best a skill-challenging but rewarding sales-based customer service job that requires common sense and quick problem-solving skills. Our job is to help and support customers in unpleasant situations when they encounter problems with building services.
The electricity went out. The pipes in the cottage started leaking. The key broke off in the lock. The kitchen renovation planned for the summer holidays cannot go ahead as the plumber cannot be sent.
We're on call to help you find help, whatever the day or time of the week. We do this with an innovative platform that locates the nearest available local professional. Why? Because we think getting help in your time of need should be hassle-free!

Who is the right person for the job?
A 24 Center Customer Service Representative job is suitable for a sales-minded customer service representative who is not afraid of working on the phone. In this job, you will serve customers by phone, email and possibly chat in the future. You don't have to be a cold-calling, cold-calling telemarketer - customers will call us when they need us and we'll help. Our customer base consists of both private and business customers.
The job of a customer service representative is 2 or 3 shifts, depending on the contract, and the work is done in the office during the orientation period, but also remotely as skills develop. As a growth company, we are a small and close-knit team, so we are happy to spend time at our office in Vantaa Aviapolis - it is also easy to get here by public transport from all over the capital!
- Willingness and understanding to help people in sales/customer service situations
- Finnish and English language skills, other languages are a plus
- Motivation to work hard to maintain and improve your performance and efficiency
- A fair and honest attitude and a good work ethic
- Willingness to work 3 shifts. Evening, weekend and night shifts with the possibility of teleworking
- An understanding of building services engineering would be an advantage, but is not essential as we will train you in the necessary skills
- Previous customer service and telephone experience would also be an advantage, but is not essential
- A good customer service attitude beats all of the above!
Remuneration: hourly wage according to the TES, bonuses and team bonus. Actual salaries around €3000 per month for full hours (37.5/week) for 3 shifts.
Need: We are primarily looking for 1-2 permanent employees (37,5h/week). We will also consider, for example, students with the possibility to work evening, night and weekend shifts.
