The basic installation service does not include.
- Clearance and dismantling works to enable the installation of the stove, e.g. railings

- Construction work related to the installation of the stove, such as reinforcing the mounting base for the wall heater, or modifying the decks
Installation may be hindered, for example, by:
- The minimum safety distances for the installation of the heater are not met
- The heater cannot be fixed to an existing structure
- There are no conditions for connecting the stove
- Installation is not possible for reasons of electrical safety.
Possible on-site emergencies on-site additional work will be charged at 80€/hour (incl. VAT 24%). Minimum charge is 1 hour.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for the site and can be installed. If the installer of the installation service finds on site that the product is not suitable for installation on site, or cannot be installed in accordance with the delivery contents of the installation service, the customer will be charged 80€ including VAT 24% for the visit.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Fill in the order form
Fill in the order form. Filling in the order form does not constitute a binding order and the order will only be confirmed upon payment. We will call you within the same day or at the latest the next working day.
Confirm your order
A 24 Center customer service representative willcall you within 24 hours of your order to confirm the order details and send you a payment link. You will receive an order tracking link in your email in order to track the progress of your order.
Agree on installation
After order confirmation, we will forward the work to the installer and the installer will call you within 1-2 working days to arrange an installation date. Delivery and installation will take place within 5 working days of order confirmation .
The order is confirmed via the payment link. Product and installation service packages must be paid for on the e-commerce checkout page when placing the order. The delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment. Payment is made via the Paytrail payment service using the selected payment method (bank payments, credit card payments, mobile payment methods, instalment services).
