One electrical contractor is concerned about the safety of Finns when it comes to electricity. The company contacted our partner contractor to ask how we ensure that all our partners have the required qualifications. We were also contacted by the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency(Tukes), a 250-person licensing and supervisory authority that promotes the safety and reliability of products, services and industrial activities. This is why we are writing a blog article on the subject. In the article, everyone can read how we make sure that our partners have the required qualifications in place.
We want to act reliably and honestly towards our customers, partners and society. We always make sure that the installer has the required qualifications before we enter into a cooperation agreement with them. We check the validity of the qualifications, either by looking at the installer's certificate or, for example, on the Tukes website. The register of electrical qualifications can be found at http://rekisterit.tukes.fi/fi/Urakoitsijat/ and the register of refrigeration qualifications can be found at http://rekisterit.tukes.fi/fi/Urakoitsijat/Kylmaalan-patevyysrekisteri/. These are registers that can be read and followed by everyone.
